Looking at the sales in the month of June, Lexus stands at 2.7% far away from Mercedes 25% and BMW 15%. Until and unless Lexus clears down all its quality related hurdles and could convince its customers that it is away from all the quality related problems, it has to stand behind the German brand Mercedes or BMW.

Perfection is the main goal of Lexus. Toyota corps Lexus luxury segments are moving towards hybrid with their models LS, RX and GS. Also Lexus has decided in building a hybrid model from scratch and that is nothing but the model HS 250h. They expect a good popularity for the vehicle in terms of fuel economy and as well for the luxury. LS with 5.0 Liter hybrid V8 has a capacity of 438 hp of total output and with all wheel drive internally competes with its luxury segment vehicle LX with 5.7 liter V8 with 383 hp with full time four wheel drive.
