2010 Saab 9-3X to Debut at Geneva Motor Show
2010 Saab 9-3X
Saab is going to introduce the 9-3X crossover at next month's Geneva motor show. Saab is expecting the 9-3X to be the perfect alternative for the buyers that are looking at SUVs. The crossover Saab is said to have very decent utility and off-road ability.
The 9-3X combines Saabs XUD all-wheel-Drive system, a 1.4 inch raise in ride height, and sturdier exterior styling.
Saab is powering the 9-3X with their familiar and popular 2.0 liter turbo four with 210 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. Buyers get a choice of a 6 speed manual or automatic transmission. The vehicle is capable of running to 60 MPH in roughly 8.2 seconds.
The 9-3X is differentiated from a regular 9-3 by a unique exterior that features wheel flares, a skid plate, special front and rear bumpers, aluminum lower door strips, roof rails, fog lights, and a double tip exhaust system.
Pricing for the 2010 Saab 9-3X will start $34,00 and will be available for sale this fall.
